Set up a business PayPal, Square or Stripe account, it is free!
Note: The account must be set up as a business youth sports organization using the league's name. Funds cannot be transferred to an individual or league. The digital Chek card that parents are awarded through the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant is tied to the name of the league, so it will decline if the account is set up with a name other than the league’s name.
Once you've set up a business PayPal, Square or Stripe account, then request payments from parents by sending them invoices
Pro-Tips
- Invoices sent using one of the options mentioned above will contain a link parents can click on that will allow them to pay using the GiveCard digital card.
- Ensure the amount that is being charged is the amount that is awarded to the GiveCard card. If you try to run an amount for more than what is in the card, it will decline.
