Pre-Season Check List

Know before you apply! 

The 2025 T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant will open on January 16, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time.

1. Submitting an application
   
   • When you enter the application, most applications are completed in under 10 minutes. 
   • Take your time when it's your turn to apply; do not feel you need to rush through the application. 
     • Make sure to read through the questions and answer them accurately.
     • Many times, an application is declined as a result of rushing through the application and making a small error. If declined, you will need to reapply and submit a new application. 
   • If you are not the legal guardian of the child, you are not permitted to apply to that child. Your application will be declined and forfeit future use of the program. 
2. Qualifying Document information   
   • Locate your child's qualifying document and have it ready when it is time to apply.

   • If you do not provide the correct documentation in your application, your application will be declined. Every Kid Sports does NOT accept documents sent for re-review via email or support ticket.

3. Your child's school information - Need to know 
   • School Name (Do not abbreviate)
   • School Address 
4. How long will it take to know if you've been approved?
   • You will receive a decision on your application within 7 business days. 
     • Weekends and Holidays are not considered in a business day
     • Every Kid Sports staff will not be available on weekends and holidays for support or application review. 
   • Check your Spam/Junk folder for emails regarding the T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant Program
   • The Status Tracker is available to check the progress of your application
5. If approved. Understand how you will receive funds
   • Funding for your child's registration is set up using a digital payment card for you to pay your league
     • You are responsible for paying your child's registration fees using the Chek App. 
     • Your league does NOT receive funding for your child unless you pay your registration using the Chek App
   • Download the Chek App: Click Here
     • Your approval email will provide access to the Chek app to access your funds
     • Once approved, funding will be available immediately for use
     • Multiple kids in your household? 
       • All funds will be available in your Chek account for the household
       • For each child, you will receive an individual digital Chek card within the account

6. Need a reimbursement?
   • If approved, you will receive your funding on a digital payment card by Chek. 
   • Reach out to your league for a refund, then make a payment using the Chek card
   • Physical checks cannot be sent to you or your league for payment, please work with your league to accept payment for the 2024 season.
