When you refund the GiveCard card the parent used to pay registration fees, the funds will go directly back to the card. T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant funds that are refunded back to the card are protected and can only be used for Little League registrations. If not used, funds are remitted back into the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant for another child to play.
Refunds can take anywhere for 3 - 60 business days. This time frame varies based on the platform the league uses to process and refund payments. If the parent has questions regarding their GiveCard account and refund, please advise them to reach out directly to the GiveCard support team at support@givecard.io.
