The best way to get a family started is to help the parent gather all of the necessary information so they can be ready to apply.
The parent MUST be the person to apply.
Documents and information a parent will need at the time of application:
- Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC document that clearly shows that the child is receiving benefits. Must have the child’s name and a date within the past 12 month.
- Information about the child's school (name and address), chartered Little League within your boundary, full cost of your child's Little League registration.
