Can a league, volunteer, advocate, counselor, teacher, or advocate apply for a child?

NO

Only the legal guardian of the child is permitted to apply for the child to receive funds from the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant. 

Applications submitted by someone who is not the child's legal guardian will be declined.
