If you were approved in a past application, you are not guaranteed to be approved for future applications.
Please review your decline email for the reason you were declined and submit a new application if you can address the reason your application was declined.
- The qualifying document has expired, does not qualify, missing information, etc
- The child's age no longer qualifies
- You have requested to play in a league that is not a Chartered Little League
We encourage you to reapply if you are able to provide a qualified document for your child. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Reapplying does not guarantee that you will receive funds.
