We ran an update for the Status Tracker and have corrected the error we believe was preventing users from accessing their application status.
Please try using the status one more time.
- Ensure you are using the email address you used when you applied for your child/ren.
- Enter your child/ren's name and DOB in the same manner you submitted their application.
If any of these fields are entered incorrectly the Status Tracker will return a 0 application response.
Please allow 2 business days after applying before checking your application in the Status Tracker.
