The best way to get a family started is to help the parent get all of the necessary information ready to apply.
The parent MUST be the person to apply.
Documents and information a parent will need at the time of application:
- Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC document that clearly shows that the child is receiving benefits. Must have the child’s name and a date within the past 12 month.
- Information about the child's school (name and address), chartered Little League within your boundary, full cost of your child's Little League registration.
